About Me

Demi is a widowed mom of 3 fantastic children; 1 daughter and 2 Autistic boys who are entering their new chapter of adult years. Her children are her biggest "WHY" and she could not and would not do life without them! They have experienced a life of laughter, tears, and everything in between while creating lifelong memories. Demi is a life coach and founder of Inicio! LLC. She and her family currently reside in Dallas,Texas.


She became a widow during the late stages of her children’s teen years and early 20s. Demi had to quickly learn how to play the role of mom and dad while maneuvering the new life they were handed. She gained so much knowledge about positivity, patience, and encouragement even in the face of unimaginable grief.

As a family, they learned about what it means to positively support each other in the daily chaos. Demi learned how to balance being a mom of 2 boys with Autism while simultaneously giving her atypical daughter the stability, nurturing and experiences she also needed. As a family, they learned about what it means to positively support each other in the daily chaos. This is her main “WHY” for becoming a life coach. Not only has she been an advocate for her children, Demi has assisted many families with their journey through the balancing act of raising children with disabilities along with atypical children. She encourages parents to find their “normal” and live according to their specific family needs and not what anyone else thinks it should be. Her biggest reflection can be summed up in her words “that there is no equation for uniqueness and authenticity, that's what makes you stand out from others!”

With over 30 years in retail management and sales training, her professional background is rooted in developing and executing corporate training guides to help teams achieve their goals. Additionally, Demi gained significant experience working in Christian education, having been a part of a preschool team and children's ministry at a local church. She has used those transferable skills in helping young adults and adults navigate life. Her work has also included volunteering in the community, organizing care bags for a local women's shelter to assist in the transition from domestic violence relationships. Demi, along with her team create artwork and distribute cards with words of hope and encouragement to local children's hospitals. In addition, Demi and her son, Jacob, volunteer at Unbridled Horse Therapy, a therapeutic riding center including, but not limited to individuals with special needs. Overall, her career has been marked by a passion for working with and serving people. 


The mission of INICIO! LLC is to uncover each individual's gifts and talents, and help others transition and grow personally and professionally. Through collaboration and compassion, Demi truly believes each of us can leave a positive footprint on each other's lives and our world and intentionally pay it forward!
